Dans le cadre d'un programme Erasmus + et de la formation spécifique au kayak de mer mise en œuvre au CREPS depuis 2009, un échange de bonnes pratiques professionnelles a été initié entre le centre de Gartan Outdoor Education, une école de formation de guides outdoor dans le Donegal, au nord-ouest de l'Irlande et l'équipe pédagogique du CREPS composée des deux experts ressources Jérémy Metzger (Raskas kayak) et Vincent Achard (Camino kayak) et de Mathieu Morverand, coordinateur de la formation. Premier acte de cet échange, l'équipe française a rejoint les côtes du Donegal cette semaine du 29 janvier au 3 février afin de rencontrer leurs homologues irlandais, découvrir leurs méthodes de travail et envisager des perspectives de collaboration. Au programme, échanges avec le staff, mais aussi avec les étudiants de l'école, et plongée au cœur de la formation au travers de plusieurs ateliers pédagogiques avec des publics support et de navigation sur les eaux magnifiques des lacs alentours et de l'océan Atlantique nord Irlandais.

As part of an Erasmus + programme and as part of the specific sea kayaking training provided by the CREPS since 2009, an exchange of good professional practice has been initiated between the Gartan Outdoor Education centre, a training school for outdoor guides in Donegal, in the north-west of Ireland, and the CREPS teaching team made up of two resource experts, Jérémy Metzger (Raskas kayak) and Vincent Achard (Camino), and Mathieu Morverand, training coordinator. As the first act of this exchange, the French team travelled to the Donegal coast this week from 29 January to 3 February to meet their Irish counterparts, find out about their working methods and look forward to future collaboration. The programme included exchanges with the staff, as well as with the school's students, and a dive into the heart of the training through several educational workshops with support audiences and sailing on the magnificent waters of the surrounding lakes and the North Irish Atlantic Ocean.
