La polyvalence sportive
ardéchoise
Pour cette seconde journée Erasmus + de pleine nature avec nos amis
irlandais, l’objectif était de révéler la philosophie et le savoir faire
ardéchois en termes de polyvalence dans les activités sportives et de
loisir pour tous. Pour y parvenir, Simon Defour (AllVélo), moniteur VTT
et APT, ainsi que Faustine Charmasson et Maël Garaud, moniteurs
Triathlon et APT, avaient concocté une journée multi activités riche en
variétés et mobilisant toutes les habiletés motrices tout en favorisant
les échanges. Ce fut d’abord une itinérance à VTT jusqu’au village de
Lagorce où le peloton retrouvait Jocelyne Roupioz, Ludvik Fernandez et
toute la joyeuse équipe du Comité Départemental de Course d’orientation
pour une CO très originale au cœur du village, l’occasion pour l’équipe
de Gartan de découvrir un vieux village typique ardéchois tout en
s’amusant. De retour à la pédale à l’Espace Découverte Ardèche de
Salavas, c’est un bike biathlon qui attendait l’équipe avec une
organisation très sympathique mêlant parcours slalomé à VTT puis tirs de
précision à la carabine ainsi qu’au pistolet laser avec un zest de
challenge entre les différentes équipes constituées. Enfin, pour
parachever cette journée variée , l’’équipe s’en est allée jusqu’aux
confins de l’Ardèche du Sud pour se plonger dans les entrailles du
magnifique Aven d’Orgnac avant une petite escapade sur les corniches des
Gorges de l’Ardèche baignées d’une magnifique couleur du soir.

The versatility of Ardèche sport
The aim of this second outdoor Erasmus day with our Irish friends was to
showcase the philosophy and know-how behind the versatility of sports
and leisure activities for all. To do this, Simon Defour (AllVélo),
mountain bike and APT instructor, Faustine Charmasson and Maël Garaud,
triathlon and APT instructors, had put together a multi-activity day
rich in variety and mobilising all the motor senses while encouraging
exchanges. The day began with a mountain bike trip to the village of
Lagorce, where the group met up with Jocelyne Roupioz, Ludvik Fernandez
and the entire happy team of the Comité Départemental de Course
d'Orientation for a highly original orientering course in the heart of
the village, giving the Gartan team a chance to discover a typical old
village in the Ardèche while having fun. Back on their bikes at the
Espace Découverte Ardèche in Salavas, the team took part in a well-organised
bike biathlon, combining a mountain bike slalom course with precision
rifle and laser gun shooting, with a touch of challenge between the
different teams. Finally, to round off this varied day, the team
travelled to the edge of the southern Ardèche to delve into the bowels
of the magnificent Aven d'Orgnac before a short jaunt along the ledges
of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, bathed in magnificent evening colours.
